At the southern part of the island you’ll find ‘Venøsund Fisk and Skaldyr’. Among other products this is where the well-known oysters “Venoysters” are produced. Also, they breed specimens of flounder and turbot for release and further breeding which helps regenerate the amount of fish in the Danish waters.
